Board of Directors

I want to introduce you to The Connection Foundation Board of Directors and ask you to join us as we build a foundation to support elders where you are, by providing quality of life enhancing services as well as grants for special life connection events.

We are here to help elders in nursing homes, assisted living centers and community by providing for physical and emotional needs not covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or family members. We help with needs such as glasses, dentures, diabetic shoes, hearing devices, as well as by providing grants for special life connection events.

The Connection Foundation exists and operates completely upon public donations and private grants for those members of our communities who have the desire to support The Connections Foundation's mission to remember, respect, and reconnect our elders to life.

We exist to provide a foundation to help people like you take a stand to respond to the cry of David echoed in the lives of elders where you are, when he prayed Psalm 71:9, "Do not cast me away when I am old and do not forsake me when my strength is gone."
